Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and schedules can change. However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on my time and income. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows (missing your appointment without notice) will be charged 50% of the service total. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a late cancellation fee may apply. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
